ZERO-COST child care solution
This is by far, our most popular program as it allows a company to offer a substantial savings to its employees, while spending absolutely none of the company’s money on the program. The Work & Family Experience forms partnerships with corporations, where the corporation agrees to promote a discount and our programs to its staff, and in return receive priority enrollment at participating centers, in addition to extended stay benefits and discounted tuition. This program is called our Direct Pay Solution.
Payroll Deduction child care solution
The times are changing and there is nothing like a convenient solution to a problem. Our discount offered with our Direct Pay Solution will be increased through our Payroll Deduction program with the corporation. This program requires the corporation to collect our tuition and to send a monthly check to our corporate office, for all of its employees’ tuitions. We will then distribute funds to the appropriate centers.
Subsidy Program
Employers that opt to take their childcare benefit a step further may consider Work & Family’s Subsidy Program. This program makes it possible for employees to save even more money and TO BE GUARANTEED A SPOT at their company's center of choice. This program makes it possible for a corporation to reserve a number of spaces for their employees at a given center, by paying a fraction of the employee’s monthly amount for each slot. This program alleviates employees from any potential waiting lists, ensuring that their childcare needs are met as soon as it is needed.
On-Site Program

There is nothing like having your children close to you throughout the day. Hence many corporations have chosen to invest in an on-site program. Work & Family makes it possible for corporations to have an on-site center. This is made possible by an in-depth analysis of your company’s childcare needs. This program offers maximum convenience at a minimal cost to your employees.
When a corporation elects to participate in this program, our team members will create implementation plans that will include the following:

Our Unique NO COST On-Site Solution
We believe that this is the best solution for both the employee and the corporation. If your company has available land, TLE will, at its own expense, build a center on your site! This can allow both you and the employee to obtain the minimum out of pocket expense while providing the most convenience to your employees.
Emergency Back-Up Care
Work & Family understands that sometimes, no matter what you do, things don’t go according to plan. Hence as a courtesy to all of our corporate partners, our Emergency Back Up Care program is offered. This program allows employees, who do not attend our centers on a regular basis, but have another primary means of childcare, to use our centers on an emergency basis. We ask families to reach out to us within 24 hours, and we guarantee to find space for their child at one of our participating locations. |
