The Work and Family Experience®, a division of TLE was established in 2003, as a way to offer working families a discount at The Learning Experience® child development centers.

The Work and Family Experience® understands the growing impact that work/life issues impose on today’s business leaders. We can assist your company to achieve greater profitability while helping employees balance the demands of work and family issues.

It is through The Work and Family Experience's® array of programs, that corporations have been able to offer a child care benefit to their team members, at either no-cost or a minimal cost to the corporation. The result: A win-win situation, where both the employees and the employer are content. Employees are able to save up to $350 per month on their childcare costs, while employers are able to receive the benefit of a higher rate of return from each employee by providing these services.

 

The Learning Experience® believes that what is good for one child is good for all children. That is why we offer discounts for children of all ages – even our infants.
