Enrichment Programs Benefit Children
The Learning Experience® (TLE®) is devoted to cultivating creative, compassionate and innovative thinkers. Our enrichment programs serve as fundamental components to help achieve that goal. Music, math, science, dance, yoga, performing arts, and physical fitness are all part of our exceptional Charlie Choo Choo® enrichment programming. These programs not only encourage children to learn and explore different avenues of learning, but unlike other child care centers, our enrichment programs are included in the cost of regular tuition. There are no additional fees.
Charlie Choo Choo® enrichment programs are provided to children at TLE centers in two uniquely educational approaches; each with the intention of broadening a child’s scope of learning at its core. The first approach in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, the Charlie Choo Choo® enrichment programs of Yippee for Yoga™, Talent Sprouts®, Suddenly Science®, Movin’ N Groovin’® and Dancing Feet® are implemented by Charlie Choo Choo® teachers that are accredited in their respective fields of study. Other enrichment programs like Marvelous Math® and Music 4 Me® are available in kit formats that are then taught to children by TLE teachers.
We also offer a 2nd approach for TLE centers outside of the tri-state area. For these centers, we offer Charlie Choo Choo® Enrichment kits that feature Music 4 Me® and Marvelous Math®. The Talent Sprouts® enrichment kit program will soon be offered to centers outside of the tri-state area as well. Our Charlie Choo Choo® kit program approach is a useful method that gives TLE teachers the tools to assist them in teaching enrichment lessons in their own classrooms. This approach gives TLE centers the flexibility to incorporate enrichment themed activities throughout the week.
Music 4 Me® is a comprehensive program that introduces children to all forms of music, rhythms, instruments and movement. Children’s music selections are a mainstay, but we also feature American Contemporary, Jazz, Country and Classical. Children are encouraged to find emotional values and find positive outlets through the diverse musical experiences we present to them.
Talent Sprouts® introduces children to the performing arts through experiences with acting, singing, puppetry, costumes, props, and set design. In addition to participating, children also learn how each element is vital to a performance. The interactive lessons are designed to build self-confidence, individuality and provide a healthy outlet for children to express themselves.

Suddenly Science® is an innovative, hands-on program that allows children to experience science at a level that they can easily understand. This program utilizes a practical laboratory approach to performing age-appropriate experiments, explorations, observations and discovery. Children are encouraged to make predictions and ask questions that will have them coming home to share their new discoveries with you.
Marvelous Math® teaches children the marvels of math and how it plays an important role in their daily lives. Through a unique approach that involves number recognition, patterns, sorting, measurements and basic equations, children learn that mathematics is a building process that can be fun and exciting.
Dancing Feet® introduces children to a variety of dance styles that teaches them body awareness and helps develop their self-expression through musical recognition, social skills and confidence-building opportunities.
Through activities such as sports, tumbling, balance and flexibility, Movin’ N Groovin® teaches children that fitness is fun. Starting a fitness program at an early age encourages children to be active and develop healthy habits that will last a lifetime.
Yippee 4 Yoga® helps children improve strength, emotional well-being, balance, flexibility and helps to foster healthy physical development, coordination and concentration. All of which are important in a child’s development.
