Based on TLE’s anticipated growth to over 200 centers in the next two years, experienced developers can roll out the construction of each center according to TLE plans and specifications allowing TLE’s management to concentrate on the operations of the company. Each year, based on TLE’s growth, our developers are seeing exceptional value on our increased credit as a tenant, thereby offering you as a developer the ability to either sell your BTS at an increasingly high
multiple or maintaining the center for its strong, continuing cash flow.
