The original concept for The Learning Experience® early child care program, curriculum, and training was developed over the past 25+ years exclusively for TLE by its professional management team through exhaustive trials and hands-on experience. The approach is to constantly enhance the product through ongoing development and continual strengthening of the concept.

The team theorized that special capabilities and perception in youngsters’ writing and reading skills are developed at a very early age. The concept—that very young children love to learn and can learn whatever they are exposed to, led to our exclusive, proprietary L.E.A.P.® (Learning Experience Academic Program®) curriculum; totally unique and unparalleled in the industry.

The L.E.A.P. ® concept was field-tested for more than three years. Subsequently, we are convinced that we developed a program that provides a climate for physical growth and intellectual enhancement. It starts at the infant level with age-appropriate stimulation and sensory exercises.

Offered in our L.E.A.P. ® program is a wide variety of experiences to help children learn about themselves and their world. Such experiences include computer, math, language arts, music, drama, physical fitness, dance, motor skills, group play, socio-dramatic play, arts, crafts, science, and kitchen/home experiences as well as our exciting early reading program, Fun With Phonics®. Throughout their tenure, TLE franchisees are given comprehensive training, guiding principles, reinforcement, and support systems that are second to none so they and their staff can successfully follow through with these programs.
