There are four dedicated Managing Owners. Each with their own contributions and talents
Manuel Jacome and Shae Kalyani met at Rutgers University and after acquiring the business acumen from several companies during their 18-year careers, they knew owning their own business was the next step they wanted to take. Their combined 36 years of financial, sales and marketing background has contributed to the fun events and added value programs at TLE including Family Fun Day, Charitable Event with St. Peter's Children’s Hospital, and TLE VIP Referral Program. Manny and Shae have two amazing daughters Sophia and Lilah who attend the school.
Brian and Ivette Vecchione knew they always wanted to make an impact on children's lives beyond their two beautiful daughters, Amanda and Kayla. The Learning Experience gave them that chance. Brian's financial background coupled with Ivette's attention to detail and creative spirit allowed them to contribute to programs like Parent's Night Out, The Annual Thanksgiving Autumn Feast, Santa Holiday Pictures and more.
We are dedicated friends and owners with a combined 75 years of business, sales, marketing, event planning and operational experience but more important than that…we are dedicated friends for over 35 years and loving parents of 4 girls who now have the opportunity to care, love and influence the lives of many more children.
Adding to the talent is Monika Meyer, our Center Director. She started her career at an advertising agency where she learned the art of account management and the importance of servicing her clients. Today she puts that to practice by always assuring her teachers, students and parents have all they need and that their expectations are surpassed. Monika holds her Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education with a concentration in Psychology. Before TLE Edison, Monika was a lead teacher at TLE Warren where she captured numerous awards such as "Teacher of the Month" and "Classroom of the Month". As Director of TLE Edison, she is able to implement our phenomenal curriculum and ensure a loving, nurturing, caring environment for our children as well as a mentoring, challenging and driving a creative spirit amongst the teachers.
